Medicine.

The integrated modular system is introduced for the first time at Faculty of Medicine Cairo University in (2018/2019) to assure the acquisition of 6 key competencies
Competency (1): The graduate as a health care provider .
Competency (2): The graduate as a health promoter
Competency (3): The graduate as a professional
Competency (4): The graduate as a scholar and scientist
Competency (5): The graduate as a member of the health team and a part of the health care system
Competency (6): The graduate as a lifelong learner and researcher
The program is composed of vertical and horizontal modules each has its own intended learning outcomes (ILOs) to cover finally together all aspects of the key competencies a graduate is expected to acquire.
