Policies of the Faculty of Medicine - Cairo University (Kasr Al-Ainy)

Strategic Goals and Objectives 2025–2030

  1. Enhancing the faculty’s competitive positioning in light of international quality standards by developing interdisciplinary relationships between the faculty, the university community, and the economic aspect of scientific research, education, teaching, training, research, and service functions across various departments.
  2. Institutional performance excellence and developing the faculty’s self-generated resources.
  3. Developing scientific and educational efficiency, and building distinct personalities for undergraduate and postgraduate students while keeping pace with technological advancement.
  4. Distinguishing the skills and capabilities of human resources.
  5. An advanced system for scientific research, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
  6. A prominent role for the faculty in fulfilling social responsibility.
  7. Internationalization of the faculty.
  8. Implementing and developing occupational health and safety systems, and securing the work environment according to international specifications.
